T15-M  Amsterdam Amnesia Flower

1. General information

This CMI answers some common questions about MedTEC’s T15-M Amsterdam Amnesia Flower product.

T15-M Amsterdam Amnesia Flower is a controlled drug and should only be taken with a prescription and consultation with your doctor. Before you take this product, you must tell your doctor if you:

  • are pregnant, or plan to become pregnant
  • have liver or kidney problems
  • have a serious heart problem such as angina, a previous heart attack, poorly controlled high blood pressure or a problem with your heart rate or heartbeat;
  • have previously abused any drug or substance
  • are currently taking any other medications.

 

2. Product Details 

Description T15-M Amsterdam Amnesia Flower is provided in a 10g jar.
Appearance The product can range in colour from green to brown. This natural variation has no effect on the quality of the product.
Active ingredients Each gram of the product contains:
·         1500mg of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)
·         ≤100 mg cannabidiol (CBD)
Cultivar Amsterdam Amnesia
Terpenes Dominant terpenes commonly associated with the cultivar include beta-caryophyllene, limonene, terpinolene, beta-pinene and alpha-pinene.
Storage Store in the original package at or below 25°C, away from sunlight, and out of reach of children and animals. Use within 12 weeks of opening.

NOTE: Do not transfer product to a different container or use after the expiry date printed on the label.

 

3. How to use this product

T15-M Amsterdam Amnesia Flower may only be taken after consultation with your doctor who will provide you with specific instructions for the appropriate dosing regimen. The dose, frequency of dosing, and length of treatment may vary from patient to patient.

 

4. Potential side effects

While you are using T15-M Amsterdam Amnesia Flower you may experience dizziness, drowsiness, or fatigue, which may impair judgment and performance of skilled tasks.

You should not drive, operate machinery, or engage in hazardous activities while using the product until you have a better understanding of the effects it may have on you.

Contact your doctor or pharmacist if you are very sleepy, feel different to usual, or if any side effects concern you.

 

5. What to do if you forget to take a dose

If you forget to take a dose, do NOT take a double dose to make up a missed dose. Take the next dose as soon as you remember and then go back to taking a dose at the usual time. If it is almost time to take the next dose (i.e., the next dose is due within 3 hours) skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the normal time. If you are unsure of what to do, call your doctor or pharmacist.

 

6. What to do if you think you’ve taken too much

If you think that you may have taken too much of the product, immediately telephone your doctor for advice or go to Accident and Emergency at the nearest hospital.
